HOW TO CHARGE
Charging by AC adapter
1. Turn ON the hearing aid
2. Place the hearing aid in the charging case.
3. Connect the AC adapter to the charging case
4. Plug the AC adapter into the wall outlet.
5 Press the status button
6. When the charging status indicator is green, the hearing aid is charging normally
Charging by Battery
1. Turn ON the hearing aid
2. Place the hearing aid in the charging case
3. Insert the AA battery in the battery compartment
4. Make sure the hearing aid properly fits in the charging case.
5. Press the status button.
6. When the charging status indicator is green, the hearing aid is charging normally
HOW TO USE
1.Turn ON the hearing aid
2. Rotate the volume knob to the desired volume level
3. Wear the hearing aid behind the ear, it starts working after 10 seconds.
4. Not using the appropriate ear caps will result in a ringing sound. Please ensure the ear cap is securely fixed to the hearing aid.
HOW TO ADJUST THE VOLUME
There wil be 10-second delay as feedback suppression after tuning it ON. Alway start at the lowest level and then change to a higher setting depending on your level of comfort or noise in the environment.
The volume knob allows you to adjust the level from "1" to "6". Setting "1" is the lowest, while setting "6" is the highest. Rotate the knob to the desired volume level.
Waring: It minght cause further hearing damage at inappropriate volume levels.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. Is power on?
Turn on the power switch.
2. Is the Ear Cap blocked with wax or debris?
Clean the Ear Cap using the Cleaning Brush provided
3. Is the battery dead?
Place the Hearing amplifier in the Charging Case, and ensure it is charging by battery or AC adapter.
4. We suggest periodic medical evaluation by a licensed pysican in diseases of the ear after using hearing aids.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE (Recharge Any Time)
Under normal conditions, the battery can be recharged and discharged approximately 500 times
In order to extend the rechargeable battery life, we strongly recommend users to charge the hearing aid whenever it is not in use.
1. Please Note: There is no need to recharge your hearing amplifier until it is almost out of power. To charge your hearing amplifier whenever you are not using it will be help to maintain the rechargeable battery & extend the usage life for recharging & discharging up to 500 times.
2. According to the charater of rechargeable battery, when it is almost run out of power, the sound from hearing amplifier will reduce. Please don't treat it as any defective, just put your hearing amplifier back to the charging case or use the AC adapter to recharge your hearing amplifier.
NOTICE
- To extend th rechargeable battery life, fully charge the hearing amplifier and then switch off when not in use for a long period of time.
- Keep both your ears and the hearing amplifier, free from earwax.
- With proper care, the rechargeable battery can last for up to, and beyond, 500 charge cycles.
- When the rechargeable battery is low, the sound becomes quieter. This mean the battery is low and needs to be charge.
- Keep this product away from infants, children and pets
- Prior to first use, read instruction carefully to ensure proper operationm care and handling of your hearing amplifier.
- Do NOT use this product under the following conditions: operating mobile phone, sleeping, showering, washing your hair/face, swimming, or any vigorous exerise, to avoid damage to the hearing amplifier or you.
